The JNC Group library of photographic images reflects the full gamut of who are and what we do. When commissioning photography, we look for a balance between our people at work, our machinery in action and the results of our work (for example, detail shots of the finishing quality).

Photos should be bright and exposed more for the shadows (it’s OK to clip highlights slightly). Colour balance should be slightly on the warm side of neutral, but still natural. We don’t use post-production filters or effects on JNCG photography; preferring a more authentic, natural look.

The people captured, can either be looking off camera or giving direct eye contact. People should look positive, approachable and natural, showcasing the diversity within our team. Style should be photo-journalistic and editorial instead of controlled, heavily-styled and corporate.
